01Who we are
723 Labs is the operating name of BOSA HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company at 18932 Addison Lake Dr #1327, Land O Lakes, FL 34638. 02The principle: your data is yours
You own your business, your work, and your data. Everything you give us stays yours. We use it for exactly one purpose: to build and run your system — so your business runs smoother, your life gets easier, and your clients get served better.
We do not sell data. We do not rent it. We do not trade it. Not yours, and not your customers'. Ever.
03What we collect
When you submit an inquiry form, we collect what you give us: your name, business name, what you do, links you share (such as your Instagram or website), your mobile number and email, how bookings reach you today, rough inquiry volume, anything you write in the message field, and your consent checkbox response.
We also keep records of our communications with you — email, text, and call notes — so we can serve you properly and keep an accurate account of the work.
04How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate about working together
- To prepare for your call — reviewing the business information and public links you point us to
- To design, build, operate, and improve the Workstation we run for you
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations
We never use your information to market anyone else's products, and we never hand it to anyone for theirs.
05Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you check the SMS consent box on our inquiry form, you agree to receive text messages from 723 Labs about your inquiry and our services. Consent is not a condition of doing business with us.

- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help or contact ajdedeaux@723labs.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your SMS consent are never sold, and are shared only with the service providers that operate our messaging systems on our behalf — and with no one else.
06When we work on behalf of your business
723 Labs operates booking and communications systems on behalf of client businesses — for example, a private chef whose events we help manage. In that role, we may communicate with your customers for you, at your direction, about their inquiries and events.
Your customers' information belongs to your business, not to us. We process it solely as your service provider. Your own policies govern it. We never use your customers' information for our marketing, never contact them for our own purposes, and never share it with anyone else.
07Service providers — the pipes, not partners
We run on infrastructure like anyone else: payment processing, text and call delivery, form delivery, email, and hosting. These providers process data only as needed to perform their function for us — they are the pipes the system runs through, nothing more.
None of them may sell your data, use it for their own marketing, or contact you or your customers on their own. Data moves through them to serve your purpose — never for theirs.
08Security & retention
Forms submit over HTTPS. Access to your information is limited to what the work requires. We keep records only as long as needed to operate and to meet legal obligations.
You can request a copy of your information, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ajdedeaux@723labs.io. We handle requests within 30 days.
09Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated revision date.
